Hi All,

As per release notes, linaro_binutils-2_25-2015_01-2_release should be
present at http://git.linaro.org/toolchain/binutils-gdb.git.
But I am not able to see any "linaro_binutils" tags on
https://git.linaro.org/toolchain/binutils-gdb.git/tags.

Am I doing any mistake? or on git it is renamed to something else (same as
FSF binutils tags?).
Apology for asking such a trivial question.

Thanks for your time.

Perhaps the person who added the tags forgot to do a "git push
--tags". I've made that mistake myself a few times.

it looks like the January 2015 release was made via some ad-hoc
process. It came after the last release using the crosstools scripts,
and before the first release using ABE, so it may not have been a very
rigorous release process, and may not be reproducible. I joined in
February, so I wasn't here at the time, and don't know exactly what
happened.
